My grandmother bought me the Angel of Harmony when I graduated from high school. I played flute for over seven years while I was in school. I think that is why she bought it, but I fell in love with the faceless angel with so much emotion.
I started getting more and more each year. Now, my collection has grown, and as a sketch artist, the angels helped me perfect my charcoal and graphite skills because their graceful shape gave me enough to learn basics while allowing me to interpret with my imagination.
To this day, I still cherish my Angel of Harmony, because without her, I wouldn't have the collection, the experience and the joy I have now.
Thank you!
In 2003 my beatiful son was born. We found out at nine months old that he had a very rare chromosome abnormality, that he would have extreme difficulty with his "trunk strength." Walking for him was extremely hard to learn. When he started taking his 1st steps unaided except for his walker, my mother-in-law sent this to me. He literally walked away from his walker at 32 months old. It is a reminder to me that there is always someone there to help you when you need it, even if you can't see them.
When I was still in school my freshman year my mother bought me the Angel of Harmony! I was so happy I got that! I thought it was beautiful. My mom got it for me because I played the flute. I think the Willow Tree figurines are gorgeous. Ever since then I have been collecting them.
