My only child, with whom I have always been very close, told me he had plans of getting married and would be leaving soon to go into the military. Although I was very sad, I was happy for him. I found this figurine and I plan on giving it to him for Christmas before he leaves. To me it represents me giving my heart to him and giving him my approval.
