Hold dear the promise of love

The Promise figure, resculpted to 6” size and ideal for wedding cakes. The round base with carved roses provides extra stability on top of a cake. The resin used for all Willow Tree figures is cured and painted, and the paint is lead-free. The Cake Topper has been tested to ensure it is food safe. It is not dishwasher-proof, however, so Hand Wash Only is printed on the understamp.

My fiance and I will be married on November 10 of this year. From the very beginning of our relationship we have always "pinkie promised" when agreeing to do something. We chose this topper because it signifies the eternal promises we have made to one another, and the significance of the pledging our lives to one another.

My husband and I used the Promise Cake Topper on top of our camo cake. Instead of "I do" we had traditional vows. We wrote our own with the words "I promise." We used several Willow Trees throughout our wedding reception and had Promise and five of the children Willow Tres in front of it. They were a hit.

We used Promise for our cake topper when my husband and I were married. This was our second marriage,and it was given to us by a very special friend. She had asked if she could get us the cake topper. This has remained very special to us. It is a symbol of our love to each other, and also a gift from a very special person who has always been a mentor to me. The piece is so elegant and beautiful but yet very peaceful in showing our love for each other.

I found my first Willow Tree at a rummage sale and fell in love with it. I have since collected nearly one hundred of them. I love them so much. In 2006 I attached Promise to my flower wedding cake topper. Everyone commented on how beautiful it was.

On May 20, 2011, the greatest day ever, we married. I look forward to adding the cake topper to my collection. We will be having a party with our family to share our joy with all our loved ones. We were both single parents who have blended two famiies. We are very happy. I love this piece; it reminds me of us so much. It brings such grace and happines to our home. I have found my soul mate, the love of my life. I did not know true love until this man come into my life. We are best friends, helpers, lovers, truly soul mates. This is my wedding cake topper for my wedding. I am marrying my high school friend that I've know since 1973. We lost touch with each other for 35 years. We lived our own lives and then found each other again. We have not been apart since we reconnected. We will truly be together for the rest of our lives.

My fiance Robert is a widower, and I had been divorced for 21 years when I met him. Now, almost 2 years later, we will be getting married in less than 2 weeks. Although it will be a large wedding, it won't be the traditional white wedding gown type of ceremony. We're too old for that. We wanted a cake topper more appropriate to our maturity, yet youthful spirit. The Promise Cake Topper fulfills that feeling. We might not be spring chickens anymore, but we feel as young as the couple in The Promise.

My story is sad, but one of love. My partner Michael was looking for a special gift for me to signify his feelings. After browsing the gift shop in Solihull he was drawn to "Promise." He kept returning to it and said he just knew he had to buy it. He presented it to me with a little gift card and I thought it was beautiful. Unfortunatly only after 13 months of being together Michael suddenly passed away, he suffered a massive stroke from which he could not recover. The "promise" is a gift I will always treasure and is a constant reminder of our love. The little figurine is just how we used to hold each other and we believed it was made just for us...

After many hints my husband (boyfriend at the time), bought me the "Together" figurine for our 3rd Christmas last year. After I opened it and happily displayed it on the shelf he said he saw "Promise", and that it would be perfect for our wedding cake someday. Little did he know I had already I had that in mind. I then told him they made the "Promise" as a cake topper!
It made a beautiful addition to our cake on our May 15th wedding and I will admire it everyday in my collection for years to come.

My fiance began giving me Willow Tree figurines before we even began officially dating - he gave me the full-sized "Promise" for Valentine's Day last year, and I love it. My Fiance bought me this for mothers day.I was surprised because I never told him which of your pieces I loved.He gave this to me and I fell in love with it. My husband and I will be renewing our vows in September on our 10th wedding anniversary. I didn't want the traditional wedding cake topper and my husband suggested I try Willow Tree since he loves the figurine my sister gave me at the birth of our daughter.
